Next week is going to be very busy in Switzerland as the Crypto Summit takes place in Zurich and the World Economic Forum returns to its regular winter slot at Davos for the first time since the pandemic. Blockchain & Crypto is once again going to feature very strongly across the agenda with many industry players hosting meeting and discussion spaces plus organizing networking events. The topics of regulation and professionalization of the industry appear frequently across many of the agendas.

Indeed, Coindesk and The Global Business Blockchain Council (GBBC) believe that Davos could represent something of a moment of reset for the industry. LVMH Watch Week is taking place in Singapore and has arrived to ring in 2023 with a slew of new models from Hublot, Zenith, Tag Heuer, and Bulgari.For example, the Bulgari brand traditionally brings its most imaginative versions of the Divas’ Dream, Allegra, and Serpenti with colorful, gem-laden jewelry.Zenith and its Defy Skyline collection are celebrated by the new and innovative Defy Skyline Skeleton, ramping up the design of the Skyline with a solid example of "skeletonization," as Forbes explains.

This is a record in and of itself, as no other global property market is expected to reach double digits this year.According to Bloomberg, the city registered 90,881 residential transactions in 2022,— beating the previous record of 81,182 deals in 2009.
