Three services. Exactly what we are regulated for.
Settlement, payouts and custody. Nothing else.
Settlement
Convert treasury balances between stablecoins, cryptoassets and fiat. Liquidity is passed through at cost and the fee sits on its own line of the confirmation.
Payouts
Fund an instruction in stablecoins and we pay your supplier, counterparty or invoice in fiat. A dedicated virtual IBAN in the company name is issued through our banking partner at no charge.
Custody
One segregated on-chain wallet per company, never pooled, on institutional custody infrastructure with disaster-recovery cover. Balances and statements on XEROF Online.
Who we serve
Two kinds of client, one standard of care.
Institutions
Corporate treasuries, asset managers and Web3 companies moving between stablecoins and fiat at size, with segregated custody and records that reconcile against your own books.
- Segregated wallet per entity
- Tier 1 liquidity at cost
- Dedicated Virtual IBAN in the company name
Private clients
Individuals converting or holding their own stablecoins and cryptoassets through a supervised Swiss counterparty, with a record a bank and an accountant will accept.
- Wallet held in your own name
- Fee shown separately, never blended
- Property settlement supported
Both sit behind the same supervision. XEROF is a Swiss financial intermediary under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, supervised by VQF under membership No. 100954. What that covers, and what it does not.
Transparent settlement
Every leg of every settlement, visible while it happens.
Follow the fiat leg, the liquidity match and the on-chain transfer from one reference. The rate, the fee and the net amount stay on the record after the transaction closes.
