About XEROF

FE Swiss Financial AG dba XEROF was founded in 2021 by Nick Ntigrintakis and Marc Taverner, who needed a trustworthy, compliant counterparty for exchanging cryptoassets against fiat and could not find one. We built it in Zug, Switzerland, under Swiss anti-money-laundering supervision, and kept the model deliberately narrow: convert, pay out, hold.

Every quote is sourced from tier 1 institutional liquidity providers and passed through at cost. Our fee is applied separately and shown on every confirmation, so what you pay is verifiable on every transaction. Client cryptoassets sit in one segregated on-chain wallet per client.

FE Swiss Financial AG, dba as XEROF, is a financial intermediary under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), regulated through its membership of VQF.

VQF membership No. 100954

VQF, the Financial Services Standards Association, is a self-regulatory organisation recognised and supervised by FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority. XEROF has been a member since 21 December 2021 and is audited annually.
